About Our Panelists:

Taylor Dance - As the Managing Director of GBS Retire, a leading Retirement Plan Advisory Practice, he brings over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, specializing in retirement plan management. Working closely with plan sponsors and individuals, they strive to help clients pursue their goals and bring their financial plans full circle.

As a third-generation wealth advisor, he grew up in the world of investments and have a lifelong passion for finance. He is a Professional Plan Consultant™, Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor, and received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Utah State University. He has been a board member of the Western Pension & Benefits Council Salt Lake Chapter for over 10 years. From 2018 through 2025, he was named one of the Top Plan Advisors Under 40.

Amy Powell is an HR expert with over 15 years of experience tackling challenges across benefits, talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance. Now part of the employee benefits team at Beehive Insurance, she applies her expertise to craft impactful solutions that benefit both organizations and their employees. With a Business Management degree from Utah Valley University, a PHR certification, and a passion for learning, Amy thrives in the dynamic world of HR. Outside of work, Amy enjoys books, musicals, puzzles, and attempting a round of golf. Above all, she cherishes time with her family, who keep her grounded and inspired.

Sue Hardy is the Head of Plan Operations at 401GO with over 20 years of experience in the retirement Industry. Throughout her career, she has built a strong reputation for leadership, operational excellence, and a deep commitment to advancing the industry. Holding credentials from multiple respected professional organizations, Sue is a sought-after presenter, where she shares her expertise on ERISA, operations, team culture, and process management. Outside of work, Sue is an avid reader, musician, and dog mom.
